Immediately Place It In A Bowl Of Cold.
This gives you a space to fill with the dulce de leche. Simmer the milk/sugar mixture on sauté/less for an hour and a half, stirring periodically to help the sugar dissolve and to keep the mixture from sticking to. Set the timer to pressure cook for 35 minutes.
Pour The Sweetened Condensed Milk Into The Mason Jar And Seal The Jar.
Lock the lid in place. Set the pressure for high. Combine all four ingredients in the pot of your instant pot.
